About these terms

This site is operated by Vita Design. By using it you accept these terms. They cover use of the website only. Anything to do with a project we carry out for you is governed by the written agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence over anything here.

What is on the site

We try to keep descriptions, dimensions and specifications accurate, but the site is marketing material rather than a specification document. Nothing here is an offer or a quotation. Prices, lead times and availability are confirmed in writing during design, not on this site.

Wood is a natural material and finishes vary between batches. Colour reproduction also varies between screens. Always judge a finish from a physical sample rather than from a photograph.

Photography and renderings

Installation photography shows completed projects. Some product images are renderings supplied by our manufacturing partner and are labelled where they appear. Renderings illustrate a door style or construction and are not photographs of work we carried out.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and photography on this site belong to us or to our partners and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party product names and trademarks that appear in images belong to their respective owners.

Where we link to another site we are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published on this site.
