Who we are

Vita Design is a cabinetry showroom at 2030 Concourse Dr, San Jose, CA 95131. Vita Design is the data controller for anything collected through this site.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, the project type you select, and whatever you write in the message field.

Our host also records standard request data, such as IP address, browser user agent and the pages requested. That is generated automatically by the web server and is used for security and to keep the site running.

What we do with it

Form submissions are emailed to us and recorded in a private spreadsheet so we can reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and keep track of who we still owe an answer. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below who help us operate the site.

We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the function that receives the form. Google processes the enquiry after that: it is passed to Google Apps Script, stored in Google Sheets and delivered to us by Gmail, all under our own Google account and subject to Google’s privacy policy. Google also provides the embedded map on the contact page, which loads from Google servers.

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. There is no tracking pixel on any page.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in our inbox and enquiry spreadsheet for as long as the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights in California

Under the CCPA and CPRA you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, ask us to correct it, and be free from discrimination for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA.
